Bob is proud to announce we are now working with Bible Society. Working in over 200 countries, Bible Society is a charity on a global mission to bring the Bible to life for every man, woman and child. We’ve been appointed by the team at Bible Society to collaborate on a continuing basis across their communications.
As part of this work we’ll be tasked with all kinds of projects including branding, corporate communications and advertising. First up was brand development for a new initiative entitled ‘Project Isaiah’ that will engage with communities up and down the UK to better understand perceptions and feelings towards the Bible. The data will be invaluable for Bible Society and churches to gain a true picture of opinions from believers and non-believers. The new brand identity will initially be used across internal communications as the project is finalised ready for it to go live.
In the few months since our appointment, we’ve also been working with the team at Bible Society on their advertising campaigns. We began with a press campaign to promote Bible Society resources aimed at anyone interested in finding out more about the Bible. These advertisements closely followed Bible Society brand guidelines and our team has been busy getting to grips with the house style and embedding their thinking in all the work we produce for them. We’ve also just set the seal on work for Bible Society’s Christmas campaign. The advertisements feature illustrations from a new children’s story book based on the Nativity. The book forms one part of a number of resources to help members of the public and churches learn about or share the story of Christmas.
Wayne Bryant, co-director of Bob Design and Marketing, said: ‘We’re absolutely delighted to be working with Bible Society – the marketing team there are great. As ever with Bob, our projects have been delivered with super-fast turnarounds times, which we always pride ourselves on.” Wayne joked: “I’m pleased to say with Bath Abbey and Salisbury Cathedral School also on our client list, we’ve all been feeling a little saintly recently.”
