Discovery
We take the time to understand your requirements and demonstrate how we can apply our expertise. This sets the foundations for a fruitful, longstanding working relationship. Whether you're a new business or an established one, it's likely you’ve come to us to help solve a problem. For existing businesses, this is often a disconnect with your audience, or a shift in your business activity. For new ones, its about presence, and getting your key messaging out via the right channels for your audience.

Creating standout
First, we'll look at your key competitors and the industry in general, because this gives us an understanding of how your business fits into or disrupts your industry. We consider strategies, opportunities, colour ways, messaging and channels to best resonate with your audience. This helps identify how to best position your business, create standout, and deliver the solutions to your clients' needs.

Conceptualisation
At this point we will begin to create the initial design concepts. We will present our creative solutions and show how the brand can be applied through various channels and collateral. We will discuss with you the creative rationale behind each approach, inviting your input and feedback along the way.

Iterate and finalise
We will incorporate your feedback into the chosen design and refine until approved. Next, we will provide you with master brand files in various file formats. Alongside this we'll supply a set of basic brand guidelines outlining how the brand should be used by you internally. More comprehensive guidelines can be created later, once consideration has been given to the wider rollout of your brand.

Launch and rollout
At this stage, we'll discuss with you the tactical requirements for bringing your brand to life. First we'll help you identify the most immediate customer touchpoints. Then ensure you have collateral in place to engage your clients at those junctures with your brand and key messaging. This could include brochure design, exhibitions, email, websites, signage - all the things needed to successfully roll out your new brand.

Branding a series of events being staged for students, alumni and the public who are new to the entrepreneurship space. The Springboard branding is bright, dynamic and exciting, instantly standing out and grabbing attention.

We helped market leader Smarter Click to rebrand for the US market. We helped to reconsider brand values, positioning and objectives to create a new identity taking the business forward as intently.
The Headboard Workshop
Brand for online retailer the Headboard Workshop. Our brand solution is suggestive of counting sheep and visually represents the rural environment in which the company is based. A distinctive tone of voice, making liberal use of puns helps the brand stand out in a crowded market.
The Footstool Workshop
Sister brand for the Headboard Workshop. A continuation of the successful visual style, for the sake of brand recognition. A new character – Henry the Hedgehog, acts as brand ambassador for the business.
Osborne Care Homes
A brand that reflects how this care home and residents make memories together. New brand values and a fresh colour palette provide the building blocks. Angled shapes represent the idea of memory and are reminiscent of photographs. This is summed up in a new strap line: ‘Making Memories Together’.
Bateman Skips
A new brand to assist Bateman Skip Hire with their ambitious plans for growth. The new identity helps to elevate and reposition them as the ‘only’ name when it comes to local skip hire.
Tigerplay
A rebrand that reflects a shift in business activity. Tigerplay changed from making generic soft play spaces, to crafting high-end custom playspaces and needed to update their brand. The new brand is more sophisticated while retaining the playful essence of the original.
Mama & Moon
We were approached by an award-winning alpaca stud farm in south western Australia to create a new brand identity. Their aim was to begin to monetise a by-product of their farm. Their beautiful wool, which is amongst the finest, softest wool around.
Salisbury Cathedral School
Total redesign of the school’s brand identity. A project we undertook with great respect for the heritage we were entrusted with. The history and values needed to be balanced with the vision and ambition for the future.
Caffi Tegid
A fresh and appealing new brand for Bible Society’s Mary Jones World café. The new identity takes inspiration from the stunning lakeside location on the edge of the Snowdonia national park in Bala, Wales. The vision is to engage the local community and provide high quality, locally-sourced food and drinks.
Doodlepics
A fun brand for a start up company that creates works of art from your children’s doodles. Doodlepics offer stunning, professionally printed artworks that are a wonderful way to preserve your memories for posterity.
Hummingbirds
Brand identity for the first green Montessori school in London. Hummingbirds is an OFSTED registered school caring for children from 2.5 – 5 years. It combines the principles of the Montessori Education along with Green Schools, Forest Schools, Zero Waste, etc.

Farmbuildr is a new brand for an app to help farmers and grass roots growers join the controlled environment agriculture revolution.
