How we approach a project

Establish the brief and requirements

You’ve come to us to help solve a problem that is facing your business. Understanding your requirements and demonstrating how we can apply our expertise to solve that problem, sets the foundations for a fruitful, longstanding working relationship. We provide a written cost proposal with timelines for the work required.

Create or modify positioning statement

To identify how to position the business to deliver solutions to their clients needs, we'll look at key competitors and the industry in general. This provides understanding of how your business fits into or disrupts that and we'll look to identify a number of strategic directions and opportunities and channels that we could pursue in order to make your project a successful one.

Present our initial brand concepts

At this point we will start to bring our creative skills to bear in order to produce the initial design concepts for your consideration. We will give an initial presentation of our creative solutions, showing the brand and how it can be applied through various channels and collateral, discuss with you the creative rationale behind them and invite your input and feeback.

Refine, iterate, finalise and launch

We'll incorporate your feedback into the chosen design and refine until approved. Next, we'll provide the master brand files in various file formats, along with a small guidelines document indicating how the brand should be used by you internally. We'll then discuss any tactical requirements (brochures, marketing collateral, email marketing and websites), needed to roll out the new brand successfully.
