Establish the brief and tactical requirements

You’ve come to us to help solve a problem or fulfil a tactical marketing requirement. We take the time to understand your needs and demonstrate how we can add value to your marketing. This sets the foundations for a fruitful, longstanding working relationship. Next, we'll provide a written cost proposal with timelines for the work required.

2

Present our initial design concepts

We'll now start to bring our graphic design skills to bear in order to produce the initial design concepts. Typically, we would present cover and spread concepts for your consideration and invite your feedback at this point. We'll also discuss production ideas for the final piece - paper stocks and any special finishes you may wish to consider.

3

Create first draft, refine and artwork

After the concepts have been signed off, the first draft will be worked up and submitted. After that, there is an iterative process of revisions until you are ready to sign off for printing. Following that, we create the production-ready artwork files.

4

Print and deliver your collateral

Working with our expert print partners we'll supply the artwork and project manage the production process. We'll engage in a proof-checking process to ensure image quality and quality control before delivery. Trust our highly experienced team to handle all the details so you can sit back and relax.

Telenzo Carpets

Our work with Telenzo carpets centred around redefining their brand and rolling out the revamped look. We created a comprehensive brand guidelines document to give the company a solid basis for future communications. We covered all aspects of the customer journey from swatch packs and labelling to retail displays and social media.

SAERI

We continue to work with SAERI to support their important scientific research. Our work has included a suite of branded materials which gives the charity a coherent visual appearance. This includes project reports, event materials, proposal templates, stationery and slide deck styles.

Kingsmead Carpets

Bob was tasked with implementing the new Kingsmead brand across the board. We set to work on designing all the key customer journey touch points. This ranged from social media templates and carpet sample mailer packs to in-store POS.

The Headboard Workshop

Over ten years ago, we created a baa-rilliant brand identity for bespoke furniture retailer the Headboard Workshop. We’re continuing to work with them, creating assets, marketing collateral and improving the customer experience.

Gaskell Wool Rich

Our work with Gaskell centred on the most used customer touch points. We created template styles for everything from price lists to product labelling, and point-of-sale to sample binders. The new signature style features monochrome hero photography which provides a calm sophistication.

Tigerplay

Tigerplay were in need of a way to showcase the playspaces they create to prospective clients. We selected the most relevant and fun projects to feature in the brochure. Beautiful finishing touches elevate the brochure above the ordinary – a lasting impression of quality that echoes their play spaces.

Hartley Pensions

For Hartley, we produced a comprehensive brand guidelines book for internal use. For new clients, we created a welcome pack featuring a variety of information sheets on the various products available. As it needed to appeal to high-net-worth individuals, the pack had to feel luxurious, with understated quality.
