Consultation website design for Persimmon Homes. This site provides information to the local community about the development of new build houses at Inglewood, Paignton.
Outline planning permission has already been granted, Persimmon wants to engage with the community, ensuring that they are fully involved. They want the wider community to help shape the development. They wish people to be aware of the net-positive environmental impact and updated infrastructure.
Our brief was to create the consultation website in the Persimmon style. To summarise the development in terms of the type and style of houses and the plans of the area. There is information on landscaping, environmental and transport issues, public open spaces and green infrastructure. Residents can feedback on the development proposals via a Google Survey we created or by filling in the contact form. Residents can also sign up for a newsletter to be kept abreast of the latest news.
