The client

Bateman Skip Hire is a family-run business that offers local and friendly skip hire, grab hire and other waste management services to domestic and commercial customers in Bristol, Bath and the surrounding areas.

The challenge

A well-established company, Bateman Skip Hire approached us with ambitious plans for growth and asked us to create a brand identity to support their business development plans over the coming years. We worked with them to completely transform their brand identity and position them as the foremost name in the local area for domestic and commercial skip hire.

The solution

We began by crystallising the essence of who Bateman Skips are into a set of four brand value statements which would inform all our other work. From there we created a strap line that summarised the simplicity and efficiency of the brand: Book. Fill. Gone. This was combined with a revised brand name, Bateman Skips, and a new brand identity which communicated a highly professional image, free of any artifice, but friendly and approachable. We subsequently developed brand awareness for Bateman Skips through advertising at local sports stadiums, billboard sites, vehicle wraps and on-site signage.
