“Bob have helped shape the brand of NSCP and help drive forward key external and internal marketing campaigns. The work produced is exceptional and always meets the brief. Would recommend highly!”
NSCP provides NHS community health services in North Somerset. Bob has an established relationship with NSCP, working with them on a wide range of graphic design projects for both patient and internal communications for the organisation.
Bob has helped to transform the way NSCP communicates with its patients, producing the graphic design for a new range of patient care leaflets, as well as the organisation’s first directory of services. An advertising campaign has helped raise awareness of the NSCP’s minor injuries unit in Clevedon as an alternative to A&E at the Bristol Royal Infirmary.
A new website has quickly become a key resource for the North Somerset region. The website includes links to the NHS symptom checker, as well as a tool to locate a local GP. A comprehensive news section features news from the organisation, as well as the wider community.
Bob has also produced graphic design for a range of internal communications for NSCP, including a quarterly staff magazine, a strategy document, a yearly quality account and an annual review for stakeholders. These communications have helped create a broader understanding of the organisation’s aims among staff and stakeholders and provided a greater sense of ‘connection’ among the organisation’s associates.
In addition to our graphic design work with NSCP, Bob has also worked on a number of communications projects for Partner2Care which is the NSCP’s independent healthcare provider. This helps people in possession of a Personal Health Budget to take control of their own treatment. Our graphic design has helped to increase awareness, empower patients and create clearer lines of communication between Partner2Care and the local community.
